Dr. Quintangeli works with her patients holistically, examining movement and lifestyle habits that could contribute to pain and addressing the root causes. She uses these insights to create a strategy that includes exercises and length of plan of care. Dr. Quintangeli makes sure to be kind, compassionate, and caring while educating her patients about the tools they can use to help them feel more empowered to move and make changes. Her goal is to have her patients feel like they have a better understanding of what is causing their pain so they can make the necessary adjustments and feel better walking out the clinic doors than when they entered. She has mentorship experience and has completed coursework in pelvic floor physical therapy. Dr. Quintangeli is also a barefoot specialist and has expertise in craniosacral therapy and visceral mobilization.
Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in athletic training and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Dr. Quintangeli has served as an athletic trainer in a variety of settings, including middle school, high school, private school, and D3 college. She has also worked as a physical therapist at The Movement Paradigm since 2020. Dr. Quintangeli has been featured on Rupa Health and IC You podcasts and been published in Impact Journal.
Dr. Quintangeli loves spending time with her husband, son, and two dogs. They enjoy going on bike rides, spending a day at the beach, hanging out by the pool, and having a good family laugh while telling jokes or playing family board games. Dr. Quintangeli recently got into crocheting, which has become a new challenge she enjoys in her spare time.
