Dr. Arianne Missimer is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Registered Dietitian, Human Movement Specialist, RYT-250, and Cancer Exercise Specialist. She is a Founder of the Movement Paradigm, an integrative health facility focusing on mindset, nutrition, and movement blending Eastern and Western philosophies, rooted in neuroscience, functional medicine, and movement science. She holds numerous movement–based certifications and is also trained in meditation, neurolinguistic programming, mindfulness, and yoga. She was awarded the “2015 NSCA Sports Medicine Rehabilitation Specialist of the Year” and the “2011 Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year.” In addition to being a TEDX and keynote speaker, she presents nationally and internationally in the areas of movement science. Dr. Kevin Turner, DC, CCEP, CGP, CF-L2, functional medicine practitioner, chiropractor, and wellness expert
Dr. Kevin Turner, DC, CCEP, CGP, CF-L2, functional medicine practitioner, chiropractor, and wellness expert is also a husband to his wife Ashley and the father of three amazing girls. Dr. Kevin has practiced in southeastern PA for the last eight years and loves to teach and equip his patients on how to live a vibrant and healthy life with the most natural approach possible. Along with running his practice, Restorative Chiropractic and Functional Wellness Center, he is also a featured speaker at businesses, events, and organizations throughout the area.
Chris Drumheller, Owner of P3 Nutrition and Chef
Chris received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Culinary Sports Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI. He possesses 11 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry and began his career in sports as a Nutrition Intern at the University of Alabama in the Spring of 2012 with their National Championship Football Team.
Chris was subsequently recruited by the Atlanta Braves in the Fall of 2012. He created daily menus based on specific nutrition needs for the Braves’ players and produced up to three health-conscious meals per day for the entire squad for all regular-season home games and during spring training. He set up programs for the Braves Organization to utilize local farms, butchers and other vendors for all of the produce and products for the meals prepared.
Chris has continued to expand his Athletic and Nutrition expertise by becoming an OPEX CCP and USAW L1 Coach with Opex Upper Mainline in Paoli Pennsylvania.
His dream has always been to open his own business providing health conscious meals perfectly portioned for professional and amateur athletes, busy parents and the average Joe.
Jennifer Kreatsoulas, PhD, E-RYT 500, C-IAYT, is certified yoga therapist, author, and inspirational speaker
Jennifer Kreatsoulas, PhD, E-RYT 500, C-IAYT, is a certified yoga therapist specializing in eating disorders and body image. She is anand author of (Llewellyn Worldwide, 2018). Jennifer provides yoga therapy via online and in person at YogaLife Institute in Wayne, PA, and leads yoga therapy groups at Monte Nido Eating Disorder Center of Philadelphia. She teaches workshops, retreats, and specialized trainings for clinicians, professionals, and yoga teachers. Jennifer is a partner with the Yoga & Body Image Coalition and writes for Yoga Journal and other influential blogs. Valentine Hodgman, Ballroom Dance Expert
Valentine began competitive ballroom dancing at the age of 17. After six years of competing in 10-dance, he decided to specialize in International Standard.
In 2005, Valentine headed to London England to study with some of the best ballroom teachers in the world. Upon returning to the U.S., he captured the Amateur North Eastern Championships and placed in the finals at many prestigious competitions across the States.
Valentine has been teaching and coaching for a number of years. Students under his study have completed various goals such as medal testing in the syllabus, performing in showcases, dancing socially, preparing for a wedding, and training to compete. His competitive students have placed in the finals and won scholarship awards at various competitions, including the Ohio Star Ball.
Many BlueBallRoom students enjoy his attention to detail, his energy and advanced knowledge of technique and styling, making them better partners.
Jessica Venezia, Owner of Mindfulness Matters and Mindfulness Educator
Jessica Venezia is a speaker, educator and promoter of the power and importance of mindfulness in today’s society. She received her Masters in Public Health, with a focus on Integrative Medicine from West Chester University. Prior to that, she earned a Bachelors of Human Science from Chestnut Hill College and an Associates in Human Services from Montgomery County Community College, with a focus on drug and alcohol abuse. Mindfulness Matters offers workshops on how to how to manage stress, build self-acceptance, instill kindness and gratitude in our daily lives and most importantly, provide you with the vital skills they need to thrive in the modern world.
Dr. Christine Karpinski, Exercise Physiologist and Registered Dietitian
Dr. Christine Karpinski is an exercise physiologist and registered dietitian and is currently an Associate Professor and Chair of the department of Nutrition at West Chester University. Chris earned her BS at West Chester University in exercise science and played field hockey and lacrosse. She earned her Master’s degree from Immaculata University and her PhD from Rutgers University with her doctoral research project involving the athletes at WCU. In addition to her teaching and Chair responsibilities, she provides nutrition education and services to the athletes at WCU and mentors undergraduate and graduate students who are interested in sports nutrition, and is a preceptor for Dietetic Interns wishing to do a sports nutrition rotation. Chris served on the Executive Committee of SCAN as the Director of Sports Dietetics – USA (SD-USA) from June 2013-May 2016. She is a member of ACSM, PINES, and CPSDA. She has presented many times to many different groups on the topic of providing collegiate sports nutrition services on a budget, advocating for the critical need of sports dietitians in all college programs. She is the editor-in-chief for “Sports Nutrition: A Handbook for Professionals”, 6th edition, which was just published in September 2017. Chris enjoys working out, hiking, playing golf, gardening, and watching almost any sport.
Brock Butler, Owner of Run Expression and Running Coach
Brock is an athletic coach and elite competitor who focuses on running events from 1-mile track races up to 100-mile ultramarathons. He won the 40+ masters division at the Philadelphia Marathon in 2017, the Blues Cruise 50K Trail Ultra race the same year, and the USATF Masters 3000m Indoor nationals and Cherry Blossom 10 mile race in 2018.
Brock’s passion is helping athletes of all ages gain satisfaction and confidence by fully expressing their potential as a runner. He started Run Expression, Team Run Xpress, and the Runner’s Toolkit to provide athlete education, coaching services, and a social community in the Philly region.

Corina Schad, licensed, board certified Massage Therapist and certified “Awakening to Presence Coach”
Corina Schad of “Presence in Mind and Body” is a licensed, board certified Massage Therapist and certified “Awakening to Presence Coach”. Corina has a deep passion and sense for the integral connection of the human organism and psyche, which can be described as the working together of the body’s Fascial web and the Nervous System. Corina works with physical injury, tension patterns from overuse and compensation, but also with compensatory sensory-motor patterns that result from early experiences and emotional trauma. She supports people in working through stressful responses to past and present situations and the ensuing thought and habit patterns so that they can one again live with a relaxed Nervous System and an open, present moment awareness. In the past Corina also trained and worked as a Music Therapist and lived and supported children and adults with special needs in residential settings for nearly three decades. While working with this population and during her training as “Awakening to Presence coach” with Michael Fleming, she studied and worked directly with developmental psychology, physiology and pathology and collaborated with groups of therapists and doctors. All her training and experiences with different therapies and populations over the years have contributed to her integrative approach today.
Angie Foster, Clowning facilitator, Actress, Director, and Teacher
Angie Foster is a clowning facilitator, actress, director, and teacher. As an actress she trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and later with Andre Gregory in New York. She has performed in two Broadway shows as well as off-Broadway, in repertory theatre around the U.S. and most recently in the Philadelphia area. She is on the team of Nose to Nose of North America. She facilitates clowning workshops in Kimberton, Philadelphia, New York, Vermont, and California. Clowning combines her passion for improvisation and theatre, her quest for what it is to be human, and the discovery of freedom through play.
Josh McManus, Certified Medical Qi Gong Practitioner
Josh McManus grew up locally in Coatesville Pennsylvania. From an early age he had a passion for understanding “what made things work”. This ultimately led him to a degree in mechanical engineering. Following school Josh has been fortunate enough to spend nearly 15 years working for Depuy Synthes where he designs surgical implants for orthopedic trauma and degenerative conditions. This has been a particularly rewarding job as it combines engineering with the ability to help people in need.
At the age of 10 Josh’s father made the decision “try out” karate at a local school. Within months it seemed apparent that karate might be a lifelong pursuit for him. After training for more than two decades, Josh was fortunate enough to meet a number of martial artists that had skills far exceeding his own. Intrigued by their seemingly effortless skill, he began to understand that the highest level of martial arts skill requires an in-depth understanding of Asian healing, wellness and mindfulness practices. This led him to embark on 6 years of formal study in Chinese Medical Qigong Therapy. Josh is now a certified Medical Qigong Therapy Practitioner and is excited about the opportunity to share the benefits of eastern mind/body exercises and methods with others.
Mitch Goldfarb, Professor at WCU , owner of Tai Chi Arts School and Tai Chi Expert
Mitch Goldfarb is a Professor at West Chester University in the Kinesiology Department. He received the “Honors Outstanding Faculty Award” from West Chester University’s Honors College. Mitch is an integral part of a team of professors from the Department of Health and the Department of Kinesiology that have created a minor degree program in Contemplative Studies. Professor Goldfarb continues to lead Corporate Wellness Programs in the business community. Previous programs include
work with Allstate Insurance, Universalist Unitarian Ministers Association, Heartland Hospice, Coatesville VA Hospital, Temenos Retreat Center, MEDecision, the County of Chester, Saint-Gobain North America, and others. He also teaches at various Wellness Centers and facilities in the greater Philadelphia area. His teaching background includes over three decades instructing at various Philadelphia area colleges and universities. Mitch is a member of the World Tai Chi and Qigong Day Organization. In addition to Tai Chi,Mitch is certified in alternative/complementary healing as a Reiki Master and Master Instructor in the Usui System of Natural Healing. Mitch’s studies of Tai Chi Form, Tai Chi Sword, Qi Gong and Push Hands include work with Grand Master Maggie Newman (New York), Grand Master Ed Young (New York), Grand Master Benjamin Lo (California), Grand Master Dr. Tao Ping-Sang (Taiwan), and Grand Master William C. C. Chen (New York). All the Grand Masters were life students of
Professor Cheng Man-ch’ing, the person responsible for developing the most popular form of Tai Chi, the Simplified 37-Posture Short Yang Form. Mitch is a member of David-Dorian Ross’s inaugural studies of Taiji Zen 太极禅, Jet Li’s new program based on the original writings of Zhang San-feng. This form has only been taught inside China prior to 2014. David-Dorian Ross is one of only two Master Instructors in this style in the world. During the event, he befriended Ken Richards and was given a chance to visit the BlueBallRoom and study the Social Dance Education program at the studio. At that time, he became enamored with the experience, the students and the program designed to help non-dancers learn to enjoy dancing…
Soon thereafter he began his application for a working visa and was granted recognition as a unique educator in dance due to his expertise in sports education with the latest technical aspects of dance, being used by the top couples in Europe today.

Andrea Littlewood, Owner of Bodemotion and Pilates Expert
Andrea Littlewood is the owner and primary instructor at BodEmotion Pilates & Therapeutic Fitness studio in Chester Springs, PA. She has been teaching as a professionally certified Pilates instructor for over 17 years. She is nationally certified with the Pilates Method Alliance and graduate of the Kathleen Grant Heritage Training. She is an honors graduate of the Boulder College of Massage, a Barefoot Training Specialist, and FMS certified. She is a committed seeker of groundbreaking information and techniques in the field of mind body science. Her intense interest in anatomy and movement mechanics has led her to an amalgamation of present day innovative works along with traditional Pilates methodology.
Her integrated and varied background reflects long term interest in the relationship movement modalities have to everyday performance. Don McCown, PhD, Mindfulness Expert
Don McCown is associate professor of health, co-director of the Center for Contemplative Studies, and program director for the undergraduate minors in Contemplative Studies and Health Sciences at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. He has been lecturer in the School of Health Professions at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, and Director of Mindfulness at Work Programs at the Mindfulness Institute at the Jefferson-Myrna Brind Center of Integrative Medicine. He holds a PhD from Tilburg University, an MSS from Bryn Mawr College Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research, and a Master of Applied Meditation Studies degree from the Won Institute of Graduate Studies. He has participated in professional training under the direction of Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD, and has completed the most advanced teacher training in MBSR at the Center for Mindfulness at University of Massachusetts Medical Center. He maintains a practice of mindfulness-based psychotherapy and teaches in the post graduate marriage and family therapy program at Council for Relationships in Philadelphia. His primary research interests include the pedagogy of mindfulness in clinical applications and higher education, applications of complementary and integrative medicine in the community, and the contemplative dimensions of the health humanities.
Mike Panulla, Owner of Magnus Karate and Qi Gong
Master Mike Pannulla is the Owner and Head Instructor of Magnus Karate, LLC located in West Chester, PA. Currently he holds the rank of 4th Degree Black Belt in the Korean Karate-Do style of Tang Soo Do (promoted May 2008). Master Pannulla has been a passionate and dedicated student of the arts since October of 1995 under the direction of his teacher and mentor, Sabomnim John McManus. Master Pannulla has also received instruction in Tang Soo Do, Japanese/Okinawan Karate-Do, and Kobudo from Master Lee Clarkson of Milford, DE.
After achieving his fourth degree black belt rank (2008) Master Pannulla spent the following four years traveling and studying with multiple instructors. During his initial time of exploration Master Pannulla was exposed to and trained in Shotokan Karate, Goju Ryu Karate, Shorin Ryu Karate, and Okinawan Kobudo. At the present time he continues to travel and study with like minded martial artists. Master Pannulla has also competed in and won numerous local, regional, national, and international championships during his martial training career.
Master Pannulla is an advocate for allowing students to have the ability to critically think while in the classroom, and believes his purpose as a martial educator is to act as guide and a source of motivation. For this reason he chooses to teach all of the classes that are offered at Magnus Karate each week. He is proud to say that his passions are teaching, studying, and training in Karate on a daily basis. Master Pannulla is a native of the Greater Philadelphia area, living in Coatesville, PA for most of his life.
In 2006, he earned a B.S. in Sport and Recreation Management from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. Master Pannulla has also studied Physical Education and Health at West Chester University in West Chester, PA.

In Dance/Movement Therapy, we use the body, which is never in the past or future, as a therapeutic tool to help clients become aware of their present physical, cognitive and emotional states. Building a relationship with the body, we practice techniques to empower clients to embrace living in their bodies and connecting to their whole self.
Keli has over 15 years of experience working with clients using Dance/Movement Therapy to help embrace their true selves. She has worked at hospitals, treatment centers and schools specializing with Eating Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Trauma and Addiction. She is a Nationally Board Certified Dance/Movement Therapist and a Licensed Professional Counselor. She has a Master’s degree in Dance/Movement Therapy and Counseling from Columbia College, Chicago and a BA from Cornell University in Biology, Psychology and Society. We cannot just think our way to change, we need to move it!
