“Becoming a Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach fell upon me kind of by accident. While attending West Chester University for Music, I became involved with Martial Arts and Kettlebell Strength Training at Dragon Gym. After I graduated, finding work as an artist was a struggle so the gym became somewhat of a sanctuary to me. I started sharing my love for training and nutrition with other people. At first, I did it for free, just because I loved it so much and helping people made me happy. Ultimately, I got certified and started teaching on the side between gigs and auditions. In 2015, I took the plunge and opened AOS Fitness in Chadds Ford, PA. – a facility geared at individualized fitness within an unconditionally supportive community.”
