This has been a particularly rewarding job as it combines engineering with the ability to help people in need.

At the age of 10 Josh’s father made the decision “try out” karate at a local school. Within months it seemed apparent that karate might be a lifelong pursuit for him. After training for more than two decades, Josh was fortunate enough to meet a number of martial artists that had skills far exceeding his own. Intrigued by their seemingly effortless skill, he began to understand that the highest level of martial arts skill requires an in-depth understanding of Asian healing, wellness and mindfulness practices. This led him to embark on 6 years of formal study in Chinese Medical Qigong Therapy.
