Barefoot assessment, video gait analysis, and footwear recommendation – $125

Human locomotion is a fascinating and complex area and movement efficiency changes when your foot hits the ground. Your foot structure and biomechanics will be evaluated to determine your movement efficiency. Using video analysis for gait, biomechanical patterns can be highlighted for precise feedback. This allows us to make a powerful and objective gait and biomechanical analysis. Based on this information a corrective treatment plan can be implemented. This plan will include specific stretching and strengthening exercises as well as recommendations on footwear.


Breath assessment and treatment – $125

A scientific and systematic approach to properly assessing and retraining the breath can be integrated into your training programs to improve neuromuscular efficiency, thereby preventing injury and enhancing performance in life and sport. . Correct breathing encourages effective oxygenation of the blood, allows muscles and organs to work efficiently, relaxes muscles, and releases tension enabling you to contract the inner unit of your core properly. We breathe 20,000-25,000 times per day, so getting a proper assessment and corrective approach to optimal breathing strategies can affect your body in many ways. Learn a practical approach to integrating proper breathing into your life.

Functional Movement Screen and corrective exercise: $125

The screen identifies asymmetries and limitations which creates a functional baseline to mark progress and provides a means to measure performance. It also quickly identifies dysfunctional movement patterns so that they can be addressed and indicates your readiness to perform exercise so that realistic goals can be set and achieved. You will receive a score that helps to identify your risk of injury and a roadmap for exercise. Specific corrective exercises based on individual FMS scores can instantly create customized treatment plans.


SFMA_CERTIFIED_complete_L1

Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and corrective exercise: $125

The SFMA is a series of 7 full-body movement tests designed to assess fundamental patterns of movement such as bending and squatting in those with known musculoskeletal pain. When the clinical assessment is initiated from the perspective of the movement pattern, meaningful impairments that may be seemingly unrelated to the main musculoskeletal complaint, but contribute to the associated disability. The findings from the SFMA can be used to prescribe specific corrective exercises to eradicate your pain.


Neurokinetic Therapy Session – $125

If you’re your pain and symptoms are recurring and no one can seem to figure it out, then NKT can help you. The goal is to treat the cause of dysfunction, not the symptoms. NeuroKinetic Therapy is a corrective movement system that addressed the dysfunctional movement patterns stored in the brain, the root of the pain.

K-Vest Analysis: $150

K-VEST uses three wireless sensors to capture your golf swing. The K-VEST incorporates biofeedback to help identify and correct movement patterns in the swing. The K-VEST diagnoses accuracy and distance issues and will help will help you reach your maximum potential.


TPI Screen and correctives: $125

The golf-specific screen helps to identify your physical limitations and correlate them with your swing mechanics. You’ll receive a thorough explanation of your physical limitations, including mobility and stability limitations along with corrective exercises to integrate into your programming for improved swing mechanics.


K-Vest and Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Screen $150

This is a unique and individualized approach geared towards identifying your physical limitations and correlating them with your swing mechanics. During your hour and a half with us, you’ll receive a thorough explanation of your physical limitations, swing efficiency, golf swing mechanics, and most importantly, the steps to start you in the right direction.


Kettlebell fundamentals – ($125 first session, $90 follow-ups)

Learn the important Kettlebell concepts like tension, hinging, irradiation, breathing, lockout, among others in practical drills. You will learn how to perform some of the basic kettlebell movements like the Goblet/front squat, kettlebell swing, Turkish Get Up, Press and more.


Indian Club fundamentals – ($125 first session, $90 follow-ups)

Indian Clubs initially gained popularity in the United States in the late 1800’s and and has been one of a restorative art form. Indian Clubs are a great tool to teach virtually anyone precision in movement. Improved coordination, shoulder efficiency and mobility, back and shoulder strength, elbow and wrist flexibility, and range of motion are just a few things you will gain by training with Indian Clubs. Learn the basic movement five movements, including hand position and three different stances in which all five movements are executed.


Nutrition Coaching $125 for the initial session ($90 for 1 hour follow-up and $60 for 30 min follow-up)

Nutrition counseling is designed to help you achieve a healthy, balanced, and sustainable nutrition plan to meet your specific goals. Whether you are an athlete looking to enhance your performance or prepare for an event, an individual looking to improve eating habits, interested in weight loss, or have a medical condition requiring proper nutritional guidance/education, this is for you.


Nutrition for patients with cancer $125

The nutrition coaching will be deigned to keep your body nourished, prevent malnutrition, rebuild body tissue and support immune function. The goal is that you feel stronger, energized, and better able to tolerate treatment. As a stage 3 cancer survivor, I am able to provide practical tips for treatment and recovery.

Nutrition coaching is helpful for people who:
  • Feel chronically fatigued and routinely lack energy to exercise at their best.
  • Struggle with weight issues and dislike their body image.
  • Routinely go on and off diets, only to regain the weight they lost.
  • Exercise rigorously, compulsively, and excessively.
  • Obsess about food and have undesired eating binges that seem out of control.
  • Have a slow metabolism and seem to maintain their weight on very little food.
  • Have high cholesterol, blood pressure, diabetes – or relatives with these conditions.
  • Want to invest in their health and future well-being.
  • Realize that nutrition is the missing link in their training program.

What to Expect

During your first coaching session, your Registered Dietitian will assess your behaviors, feelings, and relationship with food. We will review your current food choices, meal timing, and patterns of eating. Then we will mutually agree on a meal plan or guide based on individual caloric requirements to ensure that goals are met. My goal is to empower you to make realistic and attainable changes while providing with you constant support and encouragement.
